The
traditional way to manufacture communication holes is to forging or
metal powder, to create them first. Then use drilling and turing for
this hole in a lathe, assmble one bearing without grooves. However, the
burrs would be produced when turing this hole. The cost will be higher
with lower production volume due to this. For the new one, it
solved this difficulty with lower cost and easier assembly processes.
When the grooves is manufactured on the bearing, with three more
grooves is possible. No burrs produced in a stator. As a result, the
assembly will be perfect with commucation holes, lower cost. The features as follows:
- Easier assemly way
- Lower assembly cost
- Easy to adjust the flow, just need to change the bearing, no need to abandon the stator.
