The valve body
part is composed of a special plastic material, with acceptable high
tensile strength, hardness to endure high temperature in lower cost, in
comparison with traditional casting. In addition to DSG linear
solenoid valve with this technique, another product, Honda dual linear
solenoid 28260-PRP-014 also use this one. The special technique
passed the serious test over one and half year with 20000 km by a
actual road test.
